Dr. Ward's office is conveniently located in Crossville Village Office Park. There is ample parking out front. Her office suite is wheelchair accessible. Please have a seat in the waiting room and she will greet you at your appointment time.

Please do not leave an emergency message on voicemail or through email.  If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room and ask to speak to a physician or psychiatrist on call. Dr. Ward may not check voicemail each day and cannot be sure that she will get your urgent message.
